Looks at the reviews why 4.9 ? Curious to try it out. First of all, Services excellent Wine : Love it Food: appetizers, very good Main: Risotto L'aquilla this is amazing , Tummy Specialty : Rib-eye surf and turf, the prawn is so good!!!! The best one is the Rib-eye, Perfect texture, taste, the best one I had in any Italian restaurant of UK. Pizza is fantastic too, better than the one I had in ROMA. I could say the food absolutely at least Michelin Star Standard. We all 3 people were so enjoy Location is super close to home Absolutely a hidden GEM We all are super full.

Excellent food and service. The staff went above and beyond to explain the menu and give recommendations when we were stuck for choice on our first visit. Food was lovely, lots of choice and piping hot. Would definitely recommend a visit and we will be back! Thank you so much to all the team

The best of the best Italians around!!! A beautifully run family business who has always welcomed myself and my family or me and my friends with a smiley face and 10/10 customer service every single time. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and kind and lovely ( even with the children) !!! And there has never not been a time where we’ve not had an amazing annd delicious Italian dish!!! A range of options for all , and each one as delicious as the other Having so much love for the Italian already, I recently have just hired out there upstairs room for my mums baby shower and once again couldn’t have been more impressed and thankful for making her baby shower that extra bit special ... (photos below) Thanks to all at Laquila. And a special thanks to Kev and his family for all they did for us!!! Highly recommend

Im not usually a person that leaves reviews however this place, I would highly recommend to everyone and will definitely be coming back! It was our first time coming to this restaurant and the staff were so friendly and very accommodating not just to adults, but to children also. The food was absolutely amazing! I wish I also took a photo of our starters. The starters were so nice but the steak was the nicest steak weve genuinely ever had. I can honestly say that everything we had including the cocktails were really nice. My daughter is a fussy eater and loved her food too! You can tell that this is a family run business and that they also put everything and more into the service they provide and quality of food. Thank you again and already looking forward to the next visit! :)

Thanks to the lovely friendly host Emma for looking after me on my 56th Birthday! Food is amazing - olives, risotto, ravioli, mixed salad, veg & spinach. Red wine, beer and desert creme brulee. What a night!!! Thank you Elyse & David. PS: we are coming back on the 21/05 for our 17th wedding anniversary xxx great helpful staff and much gratitude to Bessiana on the front desk & of course kisses the Chef
